Vel, Ann, & Naveen (Ruby & Penny, too!)

Last fall, in addition to the 4M's, friends, Vel & Ann, asked me to do a family photo shoot with their son, Naveen, and furry-daughters, Ruby & Penny.

The leaves were falling, the sun was shining, and we had a really fun day walking through the park and taking photos.

For the second time that month, I had a photo lesson in dogs & toddlers! I need to do more cardio...you've gotta keep up!

Especially with this little man, who was SUPER excited about the new park we found. Who could blame him? Not me!

I had Donovan there to assist with dog-care and camera equipment carrying (what a nice husband!) and we found the leaf piles… !

The 4M Family Photo Shoot! Melissa, Mark, Madeline, and MacGuyver the dog, had me over to take some family photos last fall.

You may remember Melissa & Mark from a photo shoot I did a few years ago when Melissa was pregnant: Bellies!

As you can see, Madeline is here! She's been here for a while, now, and she is amazing. I love this kid!

We took some photos at their home, and then went to the forest preserve to take in a little nature. It's definitely challenging as a photographer to get a shot where both the toddler and the dog are paying attention! But we had a great time, and ended up with a nice little series of this adorable family. Love!

Maybe next time, there will be another "M."
