Dog Outtakes

Yesterday, I crossed the border into Indiana for a maternity photo shoot with Paula and Jason (you might remember them from their wedding photos). One of the fabulous things we have in common is that we are all crazy dog people.

Here is a doggy outtake from yesterday of their newest addition, Beatrice. Bea is a shy little French Bulldog rescue with a big snore. Look at that face! I love her.

Paula & Jason: A belated photo post!

On September 15, 2012, my friends, Paula and Jason, tied the knot. I've known Paula since grade school, and  I am pretty sure it was in high school that I made the commitment to photograph her wedding. This was long before she found Jason, of course.

I can't ever say it enough: it's amazing to have kept my wonderful friends for as long as I have, and I never get over being asked to photograph special events in their lives.

We ran around Chicago's Museum Campus and Fulton Market area, which is where we nabbed the beautiful skyline and industrial shots. They were married, and partied into the night, at the Catalyst Ranch. What a perfect day!
